Shipping and Handling 

At ShopStoneAge.com, our orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking confirmation. Shipping costs are based on weight and are determined at checkout. You may view shipping and handling costs before making a purchase by placing desired items in your shopping cart, then clicking the checkout button.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at the time of checkout, and shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight.

State sales tax of 7.5% will be applied to orders shipped to Florida addresses as required by law.

Delivery Information 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation. Priority Mail usually arrives with 2-3 business days after your order has shipped.

Stone Age guarantees all merchandise to be free of defect, and to arrive in good condition. We will replace the merchandise or refund your money if this guarantee is not met.

Return Policy 

Stone Age wants you to be happy with your purchase from our store. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt as confirmed by USPS delivery tracking information. Please e-mail stoneagegems@aim.com for Return Authorization. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Items will not be accepted without Authorizations - NO EXCEPTIONS. Items should be returned with all tags, labels, packaging materials and in the same condition as shipped. Please include your contact and mailing information with your return including: name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address.

Once returned merchandise has been received and found to be in the condition stated above, we will contact you and a credit or exchange will be applied to the purchaser's account. You may choose to exchange for another item or receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. No additional shipping charges will be incurred if opting to exchange for another item of equal value. Additional shipping charges may apply if exchanged for a credit toward merchandise of greater value. Stone Age reserves the right to apply a refund for cost of merchandise in lieu of an exchange. Custom work orders are FINAL, these items are non-returnable.
