We use Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping for the majority of our shipping needs to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible.
We now include insurance in the cost of shipping! This allows us to issue a full refund in the event that your order arrives damaged.
Please note, if the tracking number for your package says that it has been "RECEIVED" but you have not gotten it please speak with your local Post Office. We are unable to file a claim or issue a refund until it has been determined by your Post Office that it was lost on their behalf.
